The applicant must fill out the BIS Registration form in the prescribed manner by BIS.

After receiving the application the BIS officer visits the applicant’s factory for a preliminary inspection.
The Office Of BIS can examine the sample of products.After doing all examinations and paper work the officer prepares the final test report.
After completing these steps the BIS officer to conduct a complete factory survey they will conduct the surveillance process
For the testing of the test report, the examining Authority visits the factory.
Then the BIS Officer sends the samples of your product to the authority.
The test report of the Inspection gives feedback on the inspection.
After that, the performance review report is prepared.
After performing all the activities, testing, and reports, The BIS officer will issue a BIS Certificate.
